Luke Stratton
Managing Director
Luke joined Valore Asset Management in 2026 as Managing Director and holds ultimate responsibility for the leadership, strategic direction, and performance of the business.
With over 20 years experience in the property management sector, Luke holds an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional standards of service, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. He has held a variety of senior roles and managed a diverse range of assets, from residential developments and large housing estates to commercial properties, prestigious mansion blocks, and major mixed-use schemes of up to 2,000 units, particularly recognised for his expertise in ultra-prime residential management across London and the South East.
A strong advocate of getting the fundamentals right, Luke believes successful property management is built on robust operational practices, supported by in-house commercial and technical expertise. His leadership focuses on delivering proactive management solutions, maintaining the highest professional standards, and creating long-term value for clients and residents alike.
Jemma Laffan
Director of Property Management
Jemma joined the company at its inception and has been instrumental in shaping its vision of transparent communication, supported by clear and effective processes. With over 20 years experience in the property industry, she has progressed through every stage of the profession, from Estates Coordinator to Director level, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both operational and strategic property management.
As Director of Property Management, Jemma oversees our property team and portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and consistently high standards across the business. Her extensive knowledge and practical experience, combined with a genuine passion for both property and people, enables her to build strong relationships and drive positive outcomes for clients, residents, and colleagues alike.
Jennifer Almond
Director of Services
Jen has been with the company since day one and plays a pivotal role in overseeing our back-office operations. As Director of Services, she leads our Credit Control, Client Finance, and Compliance functions, ensuring the business operates efficiently, transparently, and with the highest standards of service.
With almost 20 years of industry experience, Jen's career journey began in an Administrative Support role and has progressed through a variety of positions to Director level. This breadth of experience gives her a deep understanding of both the operational and strategic aspects of the business.
Passionate about getting things right, Jen champions transparent communication, underpinned by clear and effective processes. She is committed to continuously improving both internal systems and supporting technologies, ensuring they deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients, colleagues, and the wider group.
Kieran McCartney
Director of Sales & Lettings
With the expansion of our lettings department, Kieran joined the company in early 2026 and now oversees our Sales & Lettings team. With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, he began his career as a Sales Negotiator and has progressed through to Director level, building a strong track record along the way.
He has a deep passion for property and a comprehensive understanding of the London property market, enabling him to navigate its complexities and provide clients with clear, tailored advice. Kieran also brings a forward-thinking approach to his role, combining innovative marketing strategies with a highly personalised service to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
