Built on more than 50 years of combined senior management experience within the residential and wider property sectors, our business was established with a clear objective: to raise the standard of block and estate management through accountability, technical expertise, and proactive service.

 Our portfolio currently includes approximately 1,500 residential units ranging from private apartment developments and mixed-use schemes to high-end residential buildings.

 We recognise the frustrations many leaseholders, residents’ management companies, right-to-manage companies, and freeholders experience with traditional managing agents — particularly where communication is poor, maintenance is reactive, and technical understanding is limited.

 That is why we have structured our business differently.

 Rather than outsourcing key technical functions, we have developed an in-house support network that includes commercial quantity surveyors, M&E specialists, and engineering advisors. This enables us to make informed decisions quickly, challenge unnecessary expenditure, oversee contractors more effectively, and provide clients with greater confidence in the management process.
